How to add your bank details

You’ll need to enter your bank details in order to receive your ticket revenue.

To do this:
  1. Head to RA Pro
  2. Scroll down and click the promoter account you want to add details for
  3. Click the “Banking” tab
  4. Fill in the information for both the 'Account Holder' and 'Payment Method' sections

Please fill in as many details as possible to ensure we can make payments accurately

Accents or special characters (such as slashes or dashes) can prevent your payment details from saving. If you are having difficulty saving your details, try removing these. If you are still unable to save them, please contact us at [email protected]

Have an Australian bank account?

Australian bank accounts have a 6 digit BSB number. In the BSB Bank Number field, insert the first 3 digits. In the BSB Branch Number field, insert the final 3 digits.

When will I be paid?

Payments are processed every Tuesday and should land 1-3 days after, so once your event has taken place, you will receive payment on the following working business days.

Payments will only be processed for events that went ahead successfully. If we receive refund requests, we will contact you to resolve these issues before processing your payment.

If your event is postponed, ticket holders will have 14 days to request a refund, and payment will not be processed until 14 days after the event has successfully taken place on the new date.

If your event is cancelled, no payment will be processed, unless you have used the self serve refund tool and some ticket holders have donated the cost of their ticket to you.

Why haven't I received payment yet?

There are may be a few reasons as to why you haven't received payment:

  • There are no bank details saved on your promoter account
  • If you have multiple promoter accounts, you may not have added details to the account that is set for event payment
  • We may have held payment due to refunds or rejected tickets

In these cases, please first check if you have added bank details to the correct promoter account and if you have received any emails from us. If you still need help, please contact [email protected].
