Promoter Permissions

Promoter permissions allow multiple members of your team access to your events so they can help you manage them.

Once a user has been given permission to a promoter's account they will be able to access the following for all of the promoter's events:

  • Tickets
    • Ticket Management
    • Sales Breakdown
    • Ticket Statistics
  • Audience Data
    • Insights
    • Ticket Scanner Data

How does this work

Promoter Owner - (the creator and owner of the promoter account)

See who has Promoter User permissions to access your events:

  1. Go to your permissions page Manage Promoters > select the promoter profile you want to view permissions for > select Permissions in the top menu
    1. If there are no users with access to your events you will see a message saying “No users have access to your events yet.”

Promoter permissions list

Add a user to have Promoter User permissions to your events:

  1. On your promoter permissions page select Add user
  2. Add the email address for the users RA account and select Add users
    1. The email address must already be associated to an RA account
  3. You should now see that user in the list of users that have access

Delete a Promoter User:

  1. On your permissions page select Remove next to the user that you want to remove permissions from
  2. You will then see they have been removed from the list and they will no longer be able to access any details about your events

Promoter User - (an additional RA user that has been given access to view and perform some actions on a promoter account)

As a promoter user, once you have been given access to a promoters events:

  1. Ensure you are logged in as the RA user that has been given the Promoter User permission
  2. Find any of the promoters events through RA listings
  3. On the public Event Details page under Event admin select Update this event
  4. You will be taken to RA Pro where you will then be able to access the the Sales Breakdown, Ticket Management, Ticket Statistics, Audience Data Insights and Audience Data Ticket Scanner pages
  5. On the Ticket Management page you will be able to add, edit and delete ticket tiers
