Adding Images

How to add images as a promoter, artist or label

Adding images is a great way to improve your brand visibility on the site, and with added support for hi-res images in RA Pro, artist, label and promoter profiles have never looked slicker.

To ensure your profile is optimised across the new site please update your images as below:

To add images as a promoter:

1. Head to RA Pro
2. Navigate to Manage Promoters and click on your promoter profile
3. Under Promoter Settings navigate to Company Logo
4. Click ‘Choose File’ to open up your file browser
5. Select your image and click ‘Open’
6. Click ‘Submit’ to upload your image

File must be at least 1440 x 1440 in size and in .jpg or .jpeg format

If you have a promoter header image, the recommended size is 2560 x 1440. Please contact your account manager for more information regarding this. 

To add images as a club:

Club images are updated internally and so if you would like to update the images for your club please email [email protected].

Club logo: 1440 x 1440

Club image: 2560 x 1440

To add images to your event page:

1. Head to RA Pro
2. Navigate to Events and click the event you want to add an image to
3. Click the “submit update” tab
4. Scroll down to the “flyer front” and “flyer back” fields
5. Click ‘Choose File*’ to open up your file browser or enter an image URL
6. Select your image and click ‘Open’
7. Click ‘Submit’ to upload your image

Files must be in .jpg format. For optimal image quality please use portrait images in A size format (e.g. A3, A4 etc.).

To add images as an artist:

1. Head to RA Pro
2. Navigate to Manage Artists and click on your artist profile

3. Scroll down to Profile Photos

   

4. To add a square format image:
   1. Click ‘Choose File’ to open up your file browser
   2. Select your image and click ‘Open’
5. To add a large profile photo:
   1. Click the checkbox to turn on large profile photos
   2. Click ‘Choose File’ to open up your file browser
   3. Select your image and click ‘Open’
6. Click ‘Submit’ to upload your images

Square format image must be at least 1440 x 1440 in size and in .jpg or .jpeg format

Large profile photo must be exactly 2560 x 1440 in size and in .jpg or .jpeg format

To add images as a label:

1. Head to RA Pro
2. Navigate to Manage Labels and click on your label profile
3. Scroll down to Large label logo
4. Click ‘Choose File*’ to open up your file browser
5. Select your image and click ‘Open’
6. Click ‘Submit’ to upload your image

File must be at least 1440 x 1440 in size and in .jpg or .jpeg format
