Editing Tickets

Edit your tickets

If you need to edit tickets that are already on sale you can amend:

  • Ticket allocations
  • On-sale / off-sale dates and times

To edit your tickets:

  1. Head to RA Pro
  2. Click on the event you want to edit tickets for
  3. Click on the “Ticket management” tab
  4. Click the three dots on the ticket you want to amend. Click edit.

  1. Make the changes to the ticket. NB you cannot change an ‘on sale after’ ticket to a ‘date and time’ ticket or vice versa. To do this please delete the ticket and create another.
  2. Once you’ve made the changes, click “save”. 

If you want to hide or unhide a tier, please refer to the Hidden tickets how to guide.

Deleting tickets:

If your account has auto approval, you can also delete your tickets (providing none have sold).

To delete a ticket:

  1. Head to RA Pro
  2. Click on the event you want to edit tickets for
  3. Click on the “ticket management” tab
  4. Click the three dots on the ticket and click ‘delete’. NB a ticket can only be deleted if tickets sold is 0
  5. Click “confirm” to delete the ticket
