Paying for deposit tickets

The below guide will help you pay a second or later instalment of a deposit ticket on RA


  1. Log into the user account you originally used to pay the first part of your deposit.
  2. You can either follow the link in the email that was sent to you or head back to the event page you purchased your first deposit ticket from. If you use the email link, please double-check that you are signed into the correct account once the page loads, as your browser may auto-log you into a different one.
  3. Look for the “deposit tickets” section which sits underneath the regular ticket options.

Please log into the account you originally used to make the purchase, the link will take you to the event page. Click “Buy Tickets” and you will see the available tickets for that event,


Scroll to the bottom and look for the “deposit tickets “section.


PLEASE NOTE: you cannot pay for the next instalment of your deposit tickets in the RA guide iOS/Android app - you will need to use the ra.co desktop or mobile website and you will also need to be logged into your account.
