Embed RA event listings on your website

If you have your own website you can use the RA event listings widget to show your RA event listings directly to your customers.

What is a widget?

A widget is an external element you can add to your website. In this case it’s an embeddable event listings window that mirrors the event listings that exists on RA.co.

This means that customers are able to view your event listings in real-time, without having to visit RA.

Why should I use it?

• Ensure your fans know about all your events
• Once you create an event on RA it will automatically show on your website
• It’s simple and easy to set up
• It can be formatted to match your website design and branding

Where do I find it and how do I set it up?

1. In RA Pro go to "Promoters" in the side menu
2. Select the promoter that you want the embeddable event listings for
3. Select "Event widget" in the top navigation
4. Select any customisation / theming options required to make the listings fit into where the listings will be embedded - you can see an example of what this will look like below
   1. Colour codes can be found using this tool
5. Copy the embed code and add this to the website location where you want to embed the promoter listings
