Editing Tickets
Edit your tickets
If you need to edit tickets that are already on sale you can amend:
- Ticket allocations
- On-sale / off-sale dates and times
To edit your tickets:
- Head to RA Pro
- Click on the event you want to edit tickets for
- Click on the “Ticket management” tab
- Click the three dots on the ticket you want to amend. Click edit.
- Make the changes to the ticket. NB you cannot change an ‘on sale after’ ticket to a ‘date and time’ ticket or vice versa. To do this please delete the ticket and create another.
- Once you’ve made the changes, click “save”.

Deleting tickets:
If your account has auto approval, you can also delete your tickets (providing none have sold).
To delete a ticket:
- Head to RA Pro
- Click on the event you want to edit tickets for
- Click on the “ticket management” tab
- Click the three dots on the ticket and click ‘delete’. NB a ticket can only be deleted if tickets sold is 0

- Click “confirm” to delete the ticket
