Where can I find my Promoter ID?
What is a Promoter ID?
Your Promoter ID is a unique number that identifies your promoter profile across the Resident Advisor (RA) platform. This ID is typically between 3 and 6 digits long
Why do I need my Promoter ID?
To receive payments for your ticket revenue, our payment partner, Hyperwallet, may need to verify your details. If your promoter account is set up as a Business, you will be required to provide your Promoter ID to complete this verification. This request will come from [email protected] and look like the below example email.
Where can I find my Promoter ID?
You can find your Promoter ID in several locations:
- Emails from RA: Your ID is located at the top of emails we have sent to you.
- Your RA Pro dashboard: You can access your ID by following these steps:
- Log in to RA Pro at https://ra.co/pro/promoters.
- Select the relevant promoter profile.
- You will land on the Promoter Details page, where you can view and copy your ID.
- Your Public URL: Your Promoter ID is also visible in the URL of your public promoter page on ra.co. The format is
ra.co/promoters/{promoterID}.
