I'm having trouble making an order

If you have experienced issues with your payment and can't process your order, please make sure of the following:

  • The details you have entered are correct and match the billing details on your bank statement.
  • The card type can be processed by our system (VISA Credit & Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Amex, etc)
  • There are sufficient funds in your account.

If you’ve bought a ticket and you still need help, go to My Tickets. Login and click on “View tickets” for the order you need help with. Then use the “Help” button in the corner to contact us.
